Victoria grew up on a dairy farm, which might explain her unstoppable work ethic and passion for excellence in any job. After earning a degree in Visual Studies from Harvard University, she became a technical writer for Boris FX and later served on the Graphic Design faculty at the New England Institute of Art. She launched Digital Loom in 2000 in order to take on a web design contract for Boston University. Since then, she has grown the company to 5 people and more than 80 happy clients. She attributes Digital Loom’s success to consistently delivering sophisticated design and technology, strong attention to usability and web communication, and top-notch customer service.

Ben Di Maggio

Technical Director and Partner

Not only does Ben have the technical expertise to elegantly solve any problem, he also takes the time to help our clients make informed decisions and feel comfortable with technology. Ben first began building websites in 1995 at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management while an undergraduate at Northwestern University. He later went on to work at Neokom, Concrete Media, and Kaplan Inc, earning promotions in every position he held. After returning from Tokyo where he taught English for 3 years, Ben built a freelance web development practice focused on open-source technologies suited to his loyal non-profit clientele. In 2007 he became a partner at Digital Loom.

Amelia Leason

Web and Graphic Designer

Best described as open-minded, accommodating, and intuitively creative, Amelia consistently delivers stunning and sophisticated designs perfectly suited to any goal. Her eight years in the creative field have taken her from the unbearable serenity of elderly group travel at Grand Circle Travel to the constant chaos of radio promotions at Mix 98.5 FM. Amelia handles any design challenge with signature style and fanatical attention to detail.

Adam Globus-Hoenich

Web Developer

Adam got an early start in web design and development by reading programming books and toying around with Photoshop for hours every day as a teenager. His ever-expanding array of skills has been honed by doing web design and development for iAbolish.org and a variety of freelance jobs. He loves a challenge and strives to consistently produce the highest-quality work for clients. When he's not doing that, he can be found DJing dance music.

A true Renaissance man, Tony handles whatever we (and our clients) can throw at him—web servers, domains, maintenance, support, and development. Tony holds a BA from Brown University where he studied Computer Science and Theater. After years of freelancing as a musician, illustrator, designer, and card magician, Tony joined Digital Loom in 2006 where he brings his versatility, talent, and creative energy to every project.
